The Bright Business Achievement Awards recognize businesses in Conception Bay South that go above and beyond. We celebrate these awards during Small Business Week, which is taking place October 20-26, 2019.
Small Business Week is an annual celebration of entrepreneurship and an opportunity to network and recognize the vital role played by entrepreneurs in our economy.
This year’s theme is: Canada: A nation of entrepreneurs. Showcasing the people behind the business.
On October 23rd, at the Town of Conception Bay South Bright Business Awards Luncheon, we presented Eastern Safety Services with the David Murphy Leadership Award for demonstrating outstanding entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and innovation in their day to day business activities.
We would also like to recognize #CBAChamber members The Wee Gym and Stow-a-way who were also nominated in this category.
On October 23rd, at the Town of Conception Bay South Bright Business Awards Luncheon, we presented Sandra Walsh of Michael’s Jewellery the G. Noseworthy Award to celebrate her long-service and devotion to the business.
We would also like to recognize #CBAChamber member employee Patsy Rees, from Shoppers Drug Mart for being nominated in this category.
