The CBACC is seeking the assistance of a consultant to develop a four-year strategic plan for 2022-2026. Due to the global pandemic, the Chamber like many other businesses was forced to pivot and find new ways to serve its members and the greater business community. The organization would like to fully evaluate the way it currently supports the business community and is looking to explore new sources of revenue, program offerings and partnerships.
The CBACC is proposing a multi-tier strategic planning process including the following:
- Member, Non-member & Stakeholder Engagement through surveying and an open forum event
- Board of Directors Planning Sessions (2 days) to examine the vision, mission and core values of the organization and to identify strategic directions for programs and services.
- Written Strategic Plan
- Written Business Plan
Budget Detail
The budget for this project is $15,000 plus HST. While we of course prefer the most cost-effective solution, all proposals that fall reasonably within this range will be considered and weighed based on their merits.
