[RFP] 2020 Events Calendar

The Conception Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is creating a calendar of events for 2020 and we're looking for speakers and presenters!

This is your opportunity to get your business or message in front of our network! We are looking for presenters to share the latest trends and information in business, and entrepreneurship surrounding topics such as:

All proposals must be submitted by January 20th 2020

Business Breakfast

Ask The Expert Series

The Chamber will:

 
check icon Book venue

check icon Market session and sell tickets

check icon Event setup and take-down

check icon Welcome guests and provide networking opportunities
 

The Speaker will:

 
check icon Provide a presentation (maximum of 45 minutes) and any takeaways for guests

check icon Cover the associated catering costs for breakfast for 20 – 30 people (based on venue and menu selections – average cost including tax & gratuity is $20 per person)

Half Day Workshop

Skill Share Series

The Chamber will:

check icon Book venue

check icon Market workshop and sell tickets

check icon Event setup and take-down

check icon Welcome guests and provide networking opportunities  

The Speaker will:

check icon Provide a 2-3 hour interactive or hands on workshop and any takeaways for guests

check icon Work with the Chamber to negotiate ticket price and a profit share agreement

Business After Hours

Networking Series

The Chamber will:

check icon Book venue

check icon Market event and sell tickets

check icon Event setup and take-down

check icon Welcome guests and provide networking opportunities

The host will:

check icon Provide a unique experience to draw in guests (ie: food or drink, activity, entertainment)

check icon Work with the Chamber to negotiate ticket price and a profit share agreement

angle right iconYour Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn pages tagged in every promotional post leading up to and during the event (if applicable).
